how to determine your BPT


This is how you determine when your Biological Prime Time is:

  1. Set an hourly alarm on your phone.
  2. After each hour, make a note of your current energy levels. This can be on a scale of 1-5 or whatever makes the most sense to you.
  3. At the end of each day, review the time/times when you had the highest energy levels. This is when your BPT is.

Doing this exercise once a quarter will help you to evaluate when the best time is to work on your highest impact tasks and when you should probably work on low impact tasks.
