Overcoming collector's fallacy

When collecting, ask yourself “is this something that’s actually of value to me?”

Use read it later services so you’re separating the collecting + reading processes.

• After some time, the article you previously thought was interesting now no longer seems relevant, so you delete it.

Set aside a daily processing time block to review your inbox

Do a monthly purge of your collections + lists

• If you need to, move learning topics to a someday/maybe list to get it off of your mind and to reduce the size of your “active” lists.
