The term “Paradox of Choice” describes the phenomenon where lots of choice can lead to indecision and anxiety.

This term was coined by Barry Schwartz (a psychologist).

This paradox of choice is visible everywhere we turn in today’s society from seemingly endless TV shows on Netflix, to the choice of headphones to buy on Amazon.

Not to mention the limitless amount of content on the internet from websites, to blogs, to social media.
