Pomodoro Technique
evergreenPomodoro Method:
- Set a timer for 25 minutes - during this time, focus on a single task until the time runs out
- At the end of the session, mark off one Pom and record what you completed.
- Take a 5 minute break
- After 4 Poms, take a longer 15-30 minute break.
