Productive Meditation
evergreenProductive meditation is where you take some time when you are occupied physically but not mentally and allow your mind to focus on a single problem or question you might have.
This allows your mind to work through problems or questions.
Situations where you may be physically but not mentally occupied include walking, running, driving, doing certain house work.
