“Your mind is for having ideas not for holding them”.

This is a quote from @David Allen who wrote {b} Getting Things Done.

If each thought were a word, that means our minds are generating enough content to produce a book, every day.

Writing things down in a trusted system is easier than trying to hold all of that information in your head.

It allows you to store your thoughts in a way that removes the stress of remembering those thoughts.

This helps you to overcome the zeigarnik effect and you will achieve a “mind like water”.
